In a very special episode, we discuss my history with lesbian coffeehouses, who would play me in a Lifetime Movie, and answers to a lot more stupid questions. Also, Paul Armstrong insults Nicki Clyne by using camelCase.

"There may be, at the back of one of your closets, a stack of your old and forgotten albums. I suggest you rescue them from obscurity and reconnect with your inner analog self. The brain re-maps, the ears quickly adjust, all your cells wonder what took you so long."

"The details are details. They make the product. The connections, the connections, the connections. It will in the end be these details that give the product its life."
I was grateful to be interviewed by Ben Krogh as part of his designer interview series, On Failure. We discuss my early aspirations to become an artsy rockstar photographer, my quick failure in that effort, hanging out with Trent Reznor, growing up as a designer in the advertising world, and learning it's okay to be emotionally invested in your work.

The legacy and craft housed in the Hamilton Wood Type & Print Museum has had an impact on everyone in the graphic design and printmaking industries. They’re being forced to relocate and must move and store their incredible type collection.
To help raise money and awareness, letterpress printed alphabet coasters were created by a few of my favorite illustrators including Dana Tanamachi, Aaron Draplin and Jessica Hische. The set, made with paper donated by Neenah Paper and French Paper, includes A, E, I, O, U, &, and Y.
